When to Call for Emergency Repair
Active leaks during a storm, a tree limb through the roof, wind-torn shingles, or sudden interior water all warrant an emergency call. The faster the roof is secured, the less interior and structural damage you'll face.
Our Response
We act quickly to stop the water — temporary protection if needed to prevent further damage, followed by a proper permanent repair once the roof and weather allow. Your home gets secured first.
What Counts as a Roofing Emergency
Water actively coming in, structural damage from wind or a fallen limb, or a roof opened up by hail all qualify. So does a small stain that suddenly grows during a storm, because that means water is moving inside your assembly. When you call, describe what you see and send photos if you can. We will tell you honestly whether it needs someone today or can wait for scheduled repair pricing.
While You Wait for the Crew
Move what you can out from under the leak and catch the water. Poke a small drain hole in a bulging ceiling bubble to release it before it spreads, with a bucket underneath. Photograph everything for your insurance claim. And stay off the roof. Wet shingles and wind put homeowners in the hospital every storm season, and nothing on the roof is worth that.
