We install shingle and flat roof systems and register the manufacturer warranty on your behalf. Because we understand framing and structure, we catch issues other roofers miss before they become leaks.
Why New Construction Roofs Fail Early
The most common new-build roof problems we see are rushed installs: missing ice-and-water shield at the eaves and valleys, starter courses done wrong, and ventilation that never matched the attic design. These shortcuts stay invisible until the second or third winter. Because our crew includes journeyman carpenters, we read the framing and sheathing before the first roll of underlayment goes down, and we fix what the schedule missed.
Working With Builders
We coordinate with your build schedule, show up when the deck is ready, and keep the site clean for the trades that follow. For custom builds and additions we can advise early on roof design details that prevent problems later, like where a dead valley will collect snow or where a flat section needs better drainage.
